Enquiry / quote form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), sector, and any message or site details you provide. This is sent via Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, and forwarded to our email inbox.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (country/region level), and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This data is anonymised/aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
WhatsApp contact. If you click our WhatsApp button, you'll be taken to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Any conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
